Hello to all future adventurers of Dragonica MASTERS!
Do you have a knack for interacting with players? Are you the moderation ninja and community animation expert we need? Well, this might just be the best quest you've ever embarked on! We are aiming to providing a friendly and fun gaming experience, and to do that, we need your help.

Job Description:
As a Volunteer Community Manager for Dragonica MASTERS, you'll be at the heart of our mission to create a dynamic and friendly community. You'll be responsible for assisting, moderating, and engaging with our player community.

Player Assistance:
  •     Answer players' questions, resolve issues, and provide support.
  •     Share information about game mechanics, updates, and upcoming events.

Moderation:
  • Ensure our server remains a respectful space that adheres to the rules.
  • Keep an eye out for inappropriate behavior and take action when necessary.
  • Collaborate with our admin team to maintain a harmonious gaming environment.

Community Engagement:
  •     Organize in-game events, contests, and activities to energize the community.
  •     Create and share fun content.
  •     Encourage participation, interaction, and camaraderie within the community.

Desired Profile:
  •     Knowledge of game mechanics and the world of Dragonica.
  •     Strong written and oral communication skills.
  •     Ability to solve problems and defuse tense situations.
  •     A creative spirit to create entertaining content.
  •     Regular availability, including evenings and weekends.
